When the delivery arrives:

Inspect your item before accepting it.

If you choose not to keep it, you can return it on the spot— you will only be charged the return shipping fee.

If you choose to keep it, you’ll pay the full product price in cash.

Please note that once the delivery agent leaves, the sale is considered final, and we are unable to accept returns.
