When the delivery arrives:

Inspect your item before accepting it.

If you choose not to keep it, you can return it on the spot— you will only be charged the return shipping fee.

If you choose to keep it, you’ll pay the full product price in cash.

Please note that once the delivery agent leaves, the sale is considered final, and we are unable to accept returns.

Hand Wash: Wash gently in cold or lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
Machine Wash: If using a washing machine, select a delicate cycle and place the garment in a laundry bag.
Do Not Bleach: Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric and color.
Drying: Hang to air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
Ironing: Iron on low heat or use a steamer if needed.
